Das Kantonsspital Graubünden (KSGR) sichert als Zentrumsspital die medizinische Grund- und Zentrumsversorgung in der Südostschweiz und steht für eine standortnahe und hochstehende medizinische Versorgung in spezialisierter sowie hochspezialisierter Medizin. Seine Leistungen erbringt das KSGR im Netzwerk mit verschiedenen Partnern. Das KSGR ist eine privatrechtliche Stiftung und wird in unternehmerischer Selbstständigkeit ohne staatliche Defizitgarantie geführt. Es ist mit über 3400 Mitarbeitenden die grösste private Arbeitgeberin im Kanton Graubünden. In Chur gehören neben dem Hauptstandort auch der Standort Fontana und der Standort Kreuzspital zum Kantonsspital Graubünden. Seit 2023 betreibt es zusätzlich den Standort Walenstadt.
